
From the beginning, MESURA has been a shared project. We want our office to be a place where people can be who they are, and where learning is an inherent part of the job. In order to create the right environment for this philosophy to come into being, our office is made out of a network of teams who are empowered to take action and bring in new ideas. We believe that as our company grows, the people we work with grow with us.
By reducing hierarchical layers, we have created a culture of shared ownership and responsibility, which has enabled a productive and creative flow from the inside out. In the process of doing so, we have become an agile organism, an ecosystem of international and interdisciplinary professionals, who adapt easily to different kinds of clients, projects, scales and circumstances.
