ABOUT THE JOB

To ensure every detail is perfectly executed when we turn ideas into reality, we are currently looking for a Technical Architect with +5 years of experience in leading and managing projects, including the control of calendars, costs and  quality of our synergetic work. As a Technical Architect, you will be in charge of:

– Legal building codes
– Visa, permit and license procedures
– Construction management
– Organisation and planning of projects and works
– Performance and monitoring of measurements and budgets
– Execution and monitoring of work schedules
– Regulatory Compliance
– Visa, permit and license procedures
– Coordination of safety and health studies

ABOUT YOU

You have a professional degree in architecture and +5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Through your resume you are able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are able to work independently as well as part of an effective team. You are organised and are able to work with deadlines. You know your way around BIM (Revit), TCQ, Presto, and are fluent in Spanish and English, and preferably speak a bit of Catalan as well. Owning a car is also a plus.
